Le Bazinga

It has been a cool educative experience that will really help me in my future education.

OK, you may be thinking (What is she trippin about?)

Well, these past two days, a guy and I got selected in our school for having shown a significant interest in mathematics, therefore we flew to Umeå to become a part of an organization. It is called “Sonja Kovalevsky-dagarna” and the idea has been - for the past 13 years - to make people more interested in maths.

To be honest, there were many of us expecting to see a lot of nerd-looking people, like a bunch of Sheldons with a somewhat wiseacre attitude. But I was proven wrong when I got to see the cool people who were social, funny and had the same interests as I.

Plus it felt like college, the fact that we weren’t that many people (just a little over a hundred) and we did see a great many lectures about mathematics in general, which also surprised me a lot because I didn't expect them to be that inspiring. Besides that we had a couple of math challenges and even singing challenges. At evenings some of us played poker, when others went to get wasted or watch das fussball when Sweden lost lol.

I think many of us agreed by the fact that we were treated as prince - and princesses, the food was sooo good and the hotel - just lovely. And before we took of, we got to take all the candies that they had for us and I took a whole bag of candy and chips. Then some of us took a night-train for 14 hours, which I found cozy. ^^

Squarepants

Just a normal friday evening I decided to dance and do a couple of splits in between. Later I discovered something unpleasant - I had ripped the back of my jeans...

But whatever, at least it managed to evoke some nostalgia:

Junk in the trunk

Today I "leveled up" at the gym. Did some squats with more weights and other exercises than usual, most of them to build up my butt hehe. Even though mine isn't really saggy or so, I have some cellulites that I really want to be removed. I thought about buying those products that are suppose to get rid of them, but I think as many pages googled, it says a lot of water and exercises makes perfect. Plus you can't really trust those products...

So  right now I'm doing my best and I've stopped eating those damn ballerinas - (otherwise I'm a cookiemonster) that are always welcomed by my thighs and ass and no other area in my freakin body! And I'm still waiting to get that perfect result, yeah I'm a big booty bitch, big, big booty bitch WOOH!!111one

How bout' that

The holiday has just began!

I don't know about you folks, but usually, I hate holidays due to my lack of skill on being economical. I often don't have enough money to go out and have a good time, so I end up sitting at home doing nada.

But this time! I've actually managed to save a few dough for my one week holiday and I'm unnaturally excited over it. Plus I've made a huge effort on getting good grades this semester. So yeah, I think I deserve it and we'll see what the city has to offer.

Still black

Yo, let me demonstrate to you that not all black people look alike hueheuh

Colorful black people. Yeah I know, I was amazed when I found out too, but I'm not talking about colorful skin, if you thought so. I've only experienced black people with well ... black everything, in my entire life! But I soon found out that there actually are black people who are born with blue, green and hazel eyes. And not just the eyes, some of them born with blonde and orange afros!

There are black Albinos, who are - just like other albinos, born without skinpigments, their skin is white, in fact whiter than caucasians. Many people don't know it, but they are also very unfortunate in life, especially in Africa where their body parts are considered giving some kind of powers if they're added to a potion or something.

Lightskinned. Most of the "real" (you'll understand pretty soon why) lightskinned black people are born in Northern Europe, America or somewhere other than just hot...so they do look lighter, perhaps more like mixed people - Mulattos compared to the darkskinned who are born in Africa or another place where the climate suits our skin type better.

As I already mentioned there are real lightskinned black people, but there are also bleached ones! I'm not really against the ones who bleach themselves the fact that I don't consider them being racist to their own race or so, like many other darkskinned people do. Because in my opinion it is the same way when white people sunbath, I mean it maay look better on them, but both of the situations gives a high risk of skincancer and they know it but still continue because they feel the needs to stay lightskinned/brown. But I wouldn't put myself into that kind of risk just to feel prettier or because people may prefer lightskinned over darkskinned.

Then there are black people who become white because of a disease called vitiligo, Michael Jackson for example, had that disease in his young age which he later smoothed out with makeup. Although many people seem to think that he actually betrayed his blackness and went through a plastic surgery, just because he did it with his nose - the most failed nosejob I've ever seen. But just as Albinos, people who have vitiligo tend to be very sensitive to the sun, because of their lack of skinpigment of course.

The more you know, the less racism! ;)
